For The Win

Something I have done really well in this course I think is catching up every weekend with my posts!

Sometimes during class I don’t take advantage of getting my things done or catching up with my posts when I have been given time!  It is a little tough for me to do all the post day by day even though I try my hardest to do so. So what I do when I know I have to post, I use my weekend to work and catch up on my work from all my classes and posts for this class! Lately I have been working in that of catching up every weekend on my posts! Reason why I can’t always posts on the daily is because i sometimes don’t have enough time so I have to measure time and use it wisely! 

Today I Was Thinking

Today in class I was thinking a lot, while we were doing the mindfulness a lot of things were running through my head. One of the things that I was really putting so much thought in was about my AP Spanish class and English class. I was thinking about how I should be catch up on my post and how I should really update my Blog!! In my Spanish class I really do have a lot of confusion but I try my best all the time! Ever since we talked about the AP test that all I think about.

The Earth On Turtles Back

As a class we read the story “ The Earth On Turtles Back” in my words I thought that this was an imagery told story.  It helped me understand or visualize that the characters are either seeing, touching, smelling or hearing to make this story come to life.This also helped me a more fully realized understanding that the author has created about this story. It shows us the visualization that the author is showing. Overall it just makes the author tell it as if it was coming up to life, easier for us readers to understand!

The Making Of An Essay

I seem to be learning a lot of new things on the daily whether it's at school or out of school. For me it's always good to be learning new things, it can be really useful later on. But there are things I do learn but then don't always stick with me, sometimes I forget what I did in class the day before. I have a very bad memory. Like this school year in my classes I've learned words I never even heard or new about. Learning new things can always make our experiences in the future easy. In my opinion learning everyday is so helpful, I love it.

I Care About Your Understanding

In my opinion in a leadership class if every student in that class has a different opinion on something or has a different idea of something, I feel like they should use their idea! I also think that in a class where as a group or as a class they all decide exactly what they are trying to do for the specific event! I don't have a leadership class but I do have some friends, who talk to me about there experience with a leadership class. I've been told it is not like they expected it to be, that they don't always use their ideas and thoughts they have but they go more with the older kids. 

How I Read

My reading experience is not so good. I don't really read books like before, before I used to read a lot of books now I don't really read. I can say I do still like reading even though sometimes the book might be boring. When I was in junior high I used to ready at least 2-3 books in a month. To be honest now I don't even try to read a new book, but I am going to start again. I really do enjoy ready different type of genres. I think a reason why I stopped reading was because throughout school I started getting more homework so I focused more on the homework.

Hack To School

In my words I think this class is about Literature such as us reading a lot and writing a lot. The easiest part of this class is probably doing the journals every morning at the beginning of class. The hardest part of this class is being up to date on posting on my blog. In this class I have learned a lot of vocabulary I have never heard of before. My big question is how to be become successful?
